Terms & Conditions — nabajie

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and nabajie (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the nabajie platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using nabajie immediately and must not create an account or deposit any funds. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on nabajie, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), slot games (from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers), crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), virtual sports, promotional offers, and any customer support interactions.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

nabajie reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate for age verification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified by the compliance team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

To access the full range of nabajie products and services, you are required to create a registered account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to your preferred MFS wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You are strictly limited to one account per person. This restriction applies across all devices, IP addresses, household members sharing a connection, payment methods, and email addresses. Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. nabajie does not charge any fees on deposits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay typically credit to your account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed MFS payment. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes to reflect depending on your card issuer's processing time. nabajie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party MFS providers or card networks.

Withdrawals: To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed KYC verification and your withdrawal method must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are processed to your registered MFS wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or card within 15 minutes of approval during standard processing hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing hours will be reviewed at the next available processing window.

All bets placed on nabajie's sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that event and sport. Cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series) are governed by standard cricket betting rules as published in the individual market descriptions within the sportsbook interface.

nabajie reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event was not completed or was abandoned before the minimum completion threshold was reached
• There was an obvious pricing error or technical fault in the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed
• The bet was placed after the event had already started in circumstances where in-play betting was not available for that market
• There is evidence of bet manipulation, match fixing, or coordinated suspicious betting activity
• The bet was placed in breach of any applicable rule, market condition, or these Terms

Casino games (slots, live dealer tables, crash games) are governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by the respective game provider. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. nabajie is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

nabajie reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, account access, withdrawal rights, and bonus eligibility may be suspended pending the outcome. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, nabajie may permanently close the account, forfeit any remaining balance, and report the matter to relevant financial crime authorities where required by law.

All content on the nabajie platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, page layouts, text, graphics, software, game assets, betting interface elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of nabajie or its licensed content and technology partners (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nabajie platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

nabajie provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, security, and uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nabajie and its affiliates, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to place bets or wagers on the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Any interruption of service, data loss, or technical failure caused by circumstances outside nabajie's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications outages, or third-party MFS provider downtime
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any decisions made based on information displayed on third-party sites, apps, or services

Nothing in these Terms shall limit nabajie's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, nabajie's maximum aggregate liability to any single player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

nabajie reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at any time and without prior notice, where:

• There is a material breach of any provision of these Terms
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age
• There is suspected or confirmed identity fraud, financial fraud, or money laundering activity
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off request submitted by the account holder
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires suspension or closure
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance

Where an account is suspended for investigation, nabajie will retain any balance in the account until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach of these Terms, the balance and any accrued legitimate winnings will be released. If a breach is confirmed, nabajie reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your nabajie account at any time by contacting Live Chat support. Before submitting a closure request, ensure that any remaining balance has been withdrawn and that no pending bets remain open. nabajie will process voluntary account closures within 2 business days of receipt of the request.

Where an account is closed due to a self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming programme, the self-exclusion period and its terms shall survive closure and be applied to any future re-registration attempt using the same identity, mobile number, or payment method.
